A complete Life, Career & Performance Coaching System For Workers
Coaching Young People For Success includes a LIFE, CAREER & PERFORMANCE COACHING MODULE that workers can deliver seperately or as part of a step by step coaching system. Each Module comes complete with its own Power Point Presentations, Coaching Activity Floor Cards and Pathway Plan Worksheets! and can be delivered in groups and one to one!
Module 1. Career Coaching - My Life & Career Pathway Plan
The Career Coaching Module goes beyond traditional “best fit” approaches to assist every Young Person design their own compelling Life and Career Pathway Plan that matches their vision, values and preferred lifesyle. Every participant will be led on a journey of self-discovery wherethey will design their own Personalised Profile, and connect to who they are, how they want to live and work they would love.
Young People will complete their own My Life and Career Pathway Plan worksheet by completing the 5 P.O.W.E.R Coaching steps, where they will:-

Module 2. Life Coaching - Steps For My Life Success
The Life Coaching Module is a powerful goal and action-oriented
program that will enable workers to assist young people connect to what
changes they need to make, and what emotional skills they will need to develop to successfully reach their life goals faster!
Young People will complete their own – Steps For My Life Success Worksheet where they will:-
- Review their current life satisfaction
- Connect to how they would love to be
- Identify TOP priority areas they need to work on
- Identify the qualities & skills they will need to be successful
- Make a step by step plan to take them forward
Module 3. Performance Coaching - Senior and Junior Versions
My TOP Performance Plan - designed for Year 11, 12 and University students
The My TOP Performance Plan Workshop will assist every senior student
design a tailored School Performance Pathway Plan to MAXIMISE their own success at school. Performance Coaching is a powerful approach that will motivate young people to take their own performance to a new level.
Young People will complete a My TOP Performance Plan
Worksheet and-
- Explore the skills and habits of Top School Performers
- Identify their own school performance goals
- Assess their level of motivation
- Identify their personal performance blockers
- Complete a weekly schedule and get the balance right!

Steps for My School Success - designed for year 7 -10's
The Steps For My School Success Module is designed to
motivate students in Year 7 – 10 to take responsibility for their own learning and maximise their performance at school. The Performance Workshop can be repeated at the beginning
of each year. Worksheets will assist young people review
and reset their own learning goals on a regular basis.
The Module includes 5 P.O.W.E.R coaching steps to design a “Steps For My School Success” Action Plan.
- Step 1.Imagine Possibilities - Identify how they want their performance to be
- Step 2. Become Organised - Complete a performance review and identify priority areas
- Step 3. Develop Will-Power - Assess their level of motivation to improve

Life, Career & Performance Pathway Plan Answer Worksheets
Each Coaching Module comes with its own Pathway Plan Worksheet that provides workers and young people with a powerful written record of what they want to achieve in their life, career and study, and a step by step plan of what they need to do to be successful!
Pathway Plan Worksheets will assist tranisition workers, employment consultants, career advisors, mentors, youth counsellors, case managers and educators improve their effectiveness and maximise positive outcomes for young people!
Worksheets are sold seperately and can be ordered online at the Life Business e-Shop.or schools and agencies who have a high volume of young people particpating in the Program can purchase a yearly worksheet printing license which includes all their trained leaders at a capped rate!
